# eth\_getUncleCountByBlockHash

Returns the number of uncles in a block from a block matching the given block hash.

## **Parameters**

1. `DATA`, 32 Bytes - hash of a block

## Returns

`QUANTITY` - integer of the number of uncles in this block.
